Residency Description:

The mission of the Optometric Residency Program in Ocular Disease and Cornea/Contact Lenses at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is to provide advanced clinical training in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease, contact lenses, and vision rehabilitation. The residency will provide wide ranging opportunities for complementary didactic activity, inter-professional relationships, and clinical scholarship. Through patient exposure, experience, and mentoring, the resident will be prepared for high level clinical decision making.
