Mayo Clinic offers one of the finest ophthalmology residency training programs in the world. The program covers years PGY-2 through PGY-4 of postgraduate medical training and gives you a solid foundation for further subspecialty training or a career in clinical practice, research or academic medicine. The training includes inpatient and outpatient ophthalmology, ophthalmic pathology, ophthalmic surgery, a didactic lecture series and research.
