The Department of Ophthalmology conducts an accredited three-year residency program designed to provide gradually increasing responsibility in clinical eye care. Eight residents begin training each July. The curriculum provides a balanced and thorough education including clinical rotations at several of the world's leading hospitals, surgical training, and didactic education in the classroom. We strive to provide a congenial and supportive atmosphere for the education of future leaders in Ophthalmology.
