Fellowship Description:

The Jules Stein Eye Institute offers a one-year fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology. The fellowship prepares the graduates of residency training programs for careers in academic comprehensive ophthalmology, emphasizing the latest techniques in cataract surgery and combined cataract-refractive surgery. The learning experience is augmented by participation in the UCLA Cataract Study Group, the Annual Postgraduate Seminar and Grand Rounds; and by interaction with members of the volunteer clinical faculty.
