Fellowship Description:

The anterior segment service at The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology William H. Havener Eye Institute includes 4 fulltime faculty and a number of involved community ophthalmologists. Thomas F. Mauger, M.D. is the fellowship director. The fellowship is one to two years long and clinical and surgical care is emphasized with ample research and teaching opportunities. The fellow will have the oppportunity to participate in keratoplasties (penetrating, DSAEK, and lamellar), refractive surgery, cataract surgery, lens implant exchanges, and pediatric anterior segment management. The fellow will participate in Grand Rounds and teaching conferences.
