Fellowship Description:

The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine offers a two-year American Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) approved fellowship under the direction of Suzanne K. Freitag, M.D. One fellow is selected every two years, and this is an “even years” ASOPRS fellowship. This program provides comprehensive, hands-on training in all aspects of oculoplastic surgery, including eyelid, orbit, lacrimal and cosmetic. The fellow works closely with Dr. Freitag as well as residents and will be actively involved in the residency teaching program.
